Story/Journey: I founded the firm in 1992 and from the very beginning, I have enjoyed dealing with small businesses especially start-ups. It is great to see them grow but equally important to be there for them when things get tough.
Outside of work, I enjoy being with my family especially my grandchildren and doing community work with my Rotary Club Ripon Rowels.
Passionate about: Start-ups and watching business grow.

I joined TP Jones & Co LLP in 2001 whilst studying for the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification as this is an area of specific interest to me.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my young family and when I have time, I like to watch football and go running.
Passionate about: Supporting businesses with all elements of tax.
Kate Redfern

Story/Journey: I joined TP Jones & Co LLP in September 2009 as a trainee accountant. I studied the AAT qualification and then went on to qualify with the ACCA in 2015.
I have gained a wealth of experience whilst developing relationships with clients and helping them to grow their businesses.
Outside of work you will usually find me enjoying long walks in the great outdoors with my two border collies. And I also enjoy spending quality time with family and friends.

Patrick Cryer

Story/Journey: I joined TP Jones & Co LLP in 2012 after completion of my A levels, I studied for the AAT qualification and more recently the ACCA qualification.
Outside of work I love to travel and my favourite places are Nara in Japan and Queenstown in New Zealand.
I enjoy watching films (my favourite music genre is movie soundtracks!) and I enjoy reading comic books and as a hobby, I trade card games.

Lynsay Lazenby

Story/Journey: I joined TP Jones & Co LLP in February 2021 as a fully qualified ACCA accountant. I originally qualified in 2009, giving me over 16 years of post-qualification experience. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in both industry and practice, and even spent time teaching accounting. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of businesses, and I bring that breadth of experience to my role here at TP Jones & Co LLP.
When I’m not at work crunching numbers, you’ll find me in my campervan, enjoying live music festivals. I also love a good movie night with my children and cats—especially if popcorn is involved! My guilty pleasure is country music and line dancing, which always brings a smile to my face.

When not busy looking after my boys, I like fitness, cooking, reading and travelling.

Will Dyson

Story/Journey: I joined TP Jones & Co LLP in August 2023 and am currently studying for my AAT.
When not at work, I enjoy playing and watching football, I also like going to the gym on a regular basis.
Passionate about: Book-keeping and communicating with clients to ensure we have all the information to support them.
Sheila Mccuden

Story/Journey: My background is in Food Science including working for Tesco’s producing nutritional information for own label products. After having my family, I studied AAT qualifications and then joined TP Jones & Co LLP in April 2015 and specialise in payroll.
Away from work I am a member of a local running club and on Saturday mornings I can usually be found at Fountain Abbey parkrun. I have completed nearly 300 parkruns.
I run up to half marathon distance but running with 8000 Father Christmases at Liverpool Santa Dash has to be my favourite event!

Jane Redfern
Office Manager
Story/Journey: I joined TP Jones & Co LLP in 2016 with a background in many secretarial, administrative and retail roles. Throughout my career, I have worked in large and small businesses, a national charity and been self-employed, enabling me to bring a wide variety of experience to my current role.
I love being outdoors in the countryside and am most happy when walking, gardening and spending time with family and friends. I also have an interest in The Arts and really enjoy drawing and painting and creative projects.
Jane Burke

Story/Journey: I joined T P Jones & Co in 2021 having worked in a number of office management roles.
My favourite pastime is gardening / garden visits / garden shows. If I am not doing the above I will be sewing or crafting. My favourite soundtrack is West Side Story. Most of all I am now loving being a Grandma!
